  • Works on enterprise-wide redesign initiatives that will encompass an end to end analysis and future state redesign. Develops business case for proposed technology, staff and structure changes, including cost estimates.
  • Develops and leads redesign initiatives, guiding project and cross-functional teams across the business.
  • May support to M&A integration efforts, possibly taking a lead role.
  • May coach teams in six sigma process and tools.
  • Drives business awareness of quality/process methodology.
  • Responsible for managing a reporting and/or analysis function
  • Responsibilities include working to define information needs, translating them into reporting and analysis requirements, determining required capabilities, tools and data; presenting findings and solutions
  • Defines measurement standards and collaborates with business partners to achieve consistent agreement and application of definitions, measurements and interpretation.
  • Maintain necessary processes, controls, and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining a roadmap for data quality target state within area of responsibility.
  • Executesstrategies to prioritize and remediate data quality issues.
  • Model business problems using data and derive useful inferences.
  • Mentors a team of lower-level specialists and/or lower-level consultants.

There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business units risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.
