Enterprise Finance & Information Technology offers technology and services that exceed Wells Fargo customers expectations and directly enable them to succeed financially. We interact with customers more than 12 billion times a year through in-store, online, ATM, and telephone transactions. We impact customers directly, through systems availability and security, as well as indirectly, through our business partners who offer and deliver a myriad of products and services that meet customers financial needs. Works on enterprise-wide redesign initiatives that will encompass an end to end analysis and future state redesign. Develops business case for proposed technology, staff and structure changes, including cost estimates. Develops and leads redesign initiatives, guiding project and cross-functional teams across the business. May support to M&A integration efforts, possibly taking a lead role. May coach teams in six sigma process and tools. Drives business awareness of quality/process methodology.

Acts as a liaison between the business and technology teams by taking point on planning, conducting and directing analysis in support of key solutions for stakeholders.

Key liaison to the business that manages many of the initial phases of project delivery. Point of contact with the business for issues, defects, strategy and subject matter expertise.

Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements.

Pipeline and work queue management

Project sizing and forecasting lead

SLA and OLA management duties

Evaluate all environment and business process and/or technology changes to ensure proper communication of possible impacts to technology and business partners.

Keeping an eye on all upstream technology/data/business changes so we can be more proactive on changes. This position is fully incremental recoverable.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of operations analysis experience or 5+ years of business process engineering experience5+ years of risk and regulatory compliance experience5+ years of financial crimes experience

Extensive knowledge and understanding of financial controls and riskExtensive knowledge and understanding of business processes analysis and enhancing operations to accomplish business objectivesIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsKnowledge and understanding of financial controls and riskFinancial industry experienceStrong budgeting and forecasting skillsIntermediate Microsoft Office skills
