This role is part of the Technology Asset Operations (TAO) Team within the Enterprise Information Technology Group that supports a Vendor Risk and Operations Function. The Business Liaison Consultant 2 role will report to the Third Party Patching Manager.

This role is critical in the continued development of the Configuration Management, Vulnerability and Patching (CMVP) governance program with regard to Third Party Supported Assets within the core Enterprise Patching Program (EPP). This program requires continued process and program development, tools development and/or integration, change management, implementation plans and execution and ongoing administration.

This position acts as a liaison between client area and the technical organizations by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.

This is a critical position within the Third Party Patching team and the candidate will work closely with the Technology Third Party Competency Center senior management. The position will work closely to support the needs of the Program, as well as support the needs of the team in providing program training, preparing communications, implementation of new releases, reporting and briefing. The position will be expected to help drive the development of departmental processes and tools improvements as related to expansion/maintenance of the CMVP governance program.

The ideal candidate will be able to: 1) Work independently in a highly virtual and fast paced environment, 2) Interact effectively with all levels of Technology Third Party Competency Center team members and management, 3) Act as an internal consultant to supported lines of business and technology groups to provide strategic program support, training and guidance on program requirements 4) must be proficient in communicating at all levels of the company including senior management, 5) must be well-rounded in their skills with experience in training and communications

Specific tasks for this role will include:

Day to day support for all monitoring and responding of our Third Party Patching Mailbox Scoping/Intake/Profile set up for all engagements being considered for in-scope inclusion into the Third Party Patching Program. Program/tool training 1:1, small group and classroom training of the Third Party Patching Program (CMVP) and Third Party Portal Tool (TPPP) Schedule and facilitate meetings with the RM/EM and EIS/CM Reviewer teams regarding questions/concerns with engagements in the Third Party Patching Program Past Due Profile follow up emails, meetings, etc. / Participate in inter-team portal design meetings Many other ad-hoc duties as assigned for required.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business operations, implementation, or strategic planning; or 2+ years of legal experience which includes the review, evaluation and response to agency, law firm, or regulatory inquiries
