Job Description

EAPM Governance lead is a key position that is envisaged to take the ownership in ensuring that the EAPM is maintaining an appropriate level of engagement with the rest of the organization and in particular LOB teams.. He/She will also ensure the EAPM execution hygiene, Internal Discipline and governance.

Position Responsibilities and Expected Outcomes

EAPM Governance lead will work with the rest of the EAPM leaders to provide the following

  • LOB and Partner engagement
  • Project prioritization
  • Incubation of new initiatives
  • Team Engagement
  • Global Delivery Strategy and Execution
  • Initiative Roll outs and communication
  • Application Management Review Committee

This will enable the Enterprise CIO group to more effectively own, manage and govern our portfolio of applications to meet operational, safety & soundness and strategic requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • 3+ years of change management experience
  • 3+ years of risk management and mitigation experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teams
  • Ability to drive and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment

Other Desired Qualifications
  • Demonstrated prior experiences in effective engagement with senior business and/or technology leaders and executives
  • Effectively articulate business requirements to enable technology solutions
  • Holistic understanding of Application life cycle and events that trigger data changes
  • Appropriate experience from risk management lens so as to have processes built proactively for addressing the same
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively partner/influence at the senior executive level.
  • Demonstrated experience motivating and influencing groups or individuals across organizational boundaries to gain trust and confidence to make timely decisions.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) with ability to communicate at multiple levels ranging from technologists to senior managers and executive leadership.
