Enterprise Information Securitys (EIS) vision is to provide Wells Fargo world leading cyber security risk management. Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects Wells Fargos infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws. EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS):

Consider these suggestions as you are writing the description:

  • Lead cross functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan and execute enhancements to the Information Security Program and Strategy
  • Influence change leveraging multiple means and channels; marketing, communications (e.g., multi-channel, digital) and education and awareness materials
  • Drive information consistency across the organization and company
  • Track/evaluate performance of programs, services and initiatives with business and information security partners and make recommendations for continuous improvements in the Program and Processes
  • Work with SMEs to report progress on different elements of the Program and the Strategy tailored for specific audiences
  • Work with leadership to understand and articulate top priorities based on internal and external influencers


Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning
  • 2 + years of experience creating and implementing strategic plans and roadmaps at the executive level for enterprise wide business initiatives



Desired Qualifications

  • Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teams
  • Knowledge and understanding of security consulting on complex issues related to data access, integrity, confidentiality and business continuity
  • Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
  • Meeting facilitation experience in leading discussions that result in consensus and commitment
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies, opportunities to streamline business processes, and implement change
  • Experience developing and implementing project level processes, procedures and performance metrics
  • Ability to evaluate impacts based on changes in laws/regulations and develop company response
  • Experience in crisis management communications
  • Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives
  • 1+ year of information security experience



Other Desired Qualifications
  • Experience advising senior leaders on strategic communications in response to internal and external trends in Cyber Security
  • Knowledge and experience working with program and management-level committees or councils to include structure, policy compliance, and overall governance of these entities.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Information Security consulting in the financial services industry
