Enterprise Information Securitys (EIS) vision is to provide Wells Fargo world leading cyber security risk management. Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects Wells Fargos infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws. EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.

Enterprise Information Security has the Information Security Education and Awareness team responsible for developing a framework supporting enterprise IS Education and Awareness of IS Topics. The Business Initiatives Consultant will lead Enterprise Information Security Program Education and Awareness project and programs. This service is leveraged by all Line of Businesses (LOBs); critical services in EIS also leverage this team to develop awareness materials related to current areas of risk or new project activities.

Consider these suggestions as you are writing the description:
Lead cross functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan and execute enhancements to the Information Security Education and Awareness Program
Influence change leveraging multiple means and channels; marketing, communications (e.g., multi-channel, digital) and education and awareness materials
Drive information consistency across the organization and company
Track/evaluate performance of programs, services and initiatives with business and information security partners and make recommendations for continuous improvements
Work with SMEs to report progress on different elements of the Program tailored for specific audiences
Work with leadership to understand and articulate top priorities based on internal and external influencers
Creating and developing large-scale, enterprise training programming, materials and facilitating training
Performing project management experience
Interact with market to highly segmented audiences, including international, non-technical end-users and creative professionals
Will develop enterprise wide communications
Develop an understanding of Enterprise IS policies and/or risk management programs

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning1+ year of information technology experience2 + years of experience creating and implementing strategic plans and roadmaps at the executive level for enterprise wide business initiatives

Desired Qualifications

Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teamsExperience facilitating and delivering training or other related facilitation experience such as group meetings or presentationsExperience delivering software training using a variety of delivery methods including: face-to-face classroom, web-conferencing, and virtual hands-on classroomKnowledge and understanding of information security management, audit, compliance, and riskAbility to provide leadership to a virtual or remote teamMeeting facilitation experience in leading discussions that result in consensus and commitmentExperience identifying inefficiencies, finding opportunities to streamline business processes, and implementing changeCertified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)BS/BA or higher in English, journalism, professional writing, creative writing, education, or communicationsExtensive technical writing skills

Other Desired Qualifications

Knowledge and understanding of Information Security Education and Awareness Programs and implementation of those programs
