Info & Cyber Security (ICS) vision is to provide Wells Fargo world leading cyber security risk management. Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, ICS protects Wells Fargos infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws. ICS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.

A Business Initiatives Consult 3 position is open within the Identity (ICS & Cyber Security), Identity and Access Management (IAM) Business Services Team. This role is responsible for leading cross functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives that are larger in scope and complexity.

Examples might include, but are not limited to: finance / operational / executive management review coordination, process improvement and redesign, change management initiatives, ongoing oversight of a leadership/diversity / recognition / Q12 or general program oversight. Provides leadership to other consultants and analysts in the integration/implementation of programs/services/initiatives with cross functional business partners, recognizing the significance of competing priorities and strategies, and adjusting as necessary. Develops metrics and tracks/evaluates performance of programs, services and initiatives. Ensures plans/programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations. Engages program or project manager at the appropriate level as defined in the Program/Project Management Policy to guide implementation

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning4+ years of IAM (Identity and Access Management) experience4+ years of change management experience

Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence changeStrong customer relationship management skillsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsKnowledge and understanding of banking or financial services industryAbility to interact with all levels of an organizationKnowledge and understanding of IAM (Identity and Access Management) lifecycle and governance

Other Desired Qualifications Ability to manage complex issues and develop solutions Ability to think both conceptually and detailed as needed. Ability to identify challenges, anticipate obstacles, influence and set direction, and resolve issues. Excellent analytical skills with a keen ability to see how to translate needs of the teams into tangible deliverables. Proven resource and financial management abilities.Job Expectations
