Data Management & Insights (DMI) is transforming the way that Wells Fargo uses and manages data. Our work enables Wells Fargo to empower and inform our team members, deliver exceptional experiences for our customers, and meet the elevated expectations of our regulators. The team is responsible for designing the future data environment, defining data governance and oversight, and partnering with technology to operate the data infrastructure for the company. This team also provides next generation analytic insights to drive business strategies and help meet our commitment to satisfy our customers financial needs.

The Data Ecosystem is responsible for horizontal governance of over $500 million of annual investments in data across all Wells Fargo lines of business. The Data Ecosystem support team facilitates business case review for data investment opportunities to ensure alignment with the Enterprise Data Strategy and data investment priorities and to identify synergies across data capabilities and technologies. We work closely with Group Portfolio Delivery teams, the Data Management & Insights organization, the Enterprise Investment Optimization (IO) team, and other Ecosystems in analyzing investments and providing ongoing oversight of funded investments.

Data Ecosystem IO Initiatives Lead responsibilities:

Will support the Data Ecosystem interactions with Investment Optimization (IO) Will develop relationships and collaborate with stakeholders in Data Management & Insights and Data Ecosystem leadership to set the vision and strategic direction for the Data Ecosystem portfolio Ensures Data Ecosystem adheres to appropriate policies

Key Skills/Tasks:

Collaborate with others to gather information, synthesize, and prepare Data Ecosystem materials for Investment Optimization meetings (e.g., quarterly IO Sponsor updates, Ecosystem road shows, etc.). Represent Data Ecosystem interests in Enterprise Portfolio Delivery, Group Portfolio Delivery and IO working groups to provide input on changes impacting the broader organization. Serve as Data Ecosystem support liaison to other Ecosystems. Coordinate IO multi-year planning deliverables for the Data Ecosystem. Help lead the development of ecosystem processes to identify, track, and prioritize projects. Help lead the development of strategy alignment in the Data Ecosystem, including alignment with corporate priorities. Comfortable speaking with and presenting to senior leaders. Develop relationships and collaborate with partners throughout the enterprise. Can work with a team and individually, with the ability to be a self-starter who can figure out the most effective way forward.

A successful candidate will possess the following:

Proven ability to draw insights and conclusions from data originating from multiple sources and of various quality levels and to tie those insights into a cohesive story/executive presentation Strong ownership mentality and the ability to function as a single-point of accountability High level of comfort working with ambiguity and converting information into quantifiable concepts Capability to synthesize findings and communicate complex concepts in a straightforward mannerRequired Qualifications

8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planningA BS/BA degree or higher
