Job Description

Responsible for leading cross functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives that are larger in scope and complexity. Examples might include, but are not limited to: finance / Operational / executive management review coordination, process improvement and redesign, change management initiatives, ongoing oversight of a leadership / diversity / recognition / Q12 or general program oversight. Provides leadership to other consultants and analysts in the integration/implementation of programs/services/initiatives with cross functional business partners, recognizing the significance of competing priorities and strategies, and adjusting as necessary. Develops metrics and tracks/evaluates performance of programs, services and initiatives. Ensures plans / programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations. May manage a small team.

Within Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) the Identity and Access Governance (IAG) group, as part of the Technology Chief Operating Officer organization is responsible to ensure processes are defined, matured and implemented, managing consistency across EIT according to EIT strategic priorities and the Target Operating Model for Identity and Access Management.

The EIT Identity and Access Governance (IAG) groups focus is to provide oversight and guidance to ensure execution of the major initiatives for EIT within the Identity and Access Management domain by providing strategic thought leadership to the problems/tasks to create effective outcomes; providing leadership; and working to drive to quick and efficient operational practices to accomplish goals. This position will also support the EIT Organization in knowledge and alignment with Enterprise Information Security (EIS) for Identity and Access needs. A successful candidate will work closely with the Identity and Access Governance team along with business lines and technology leadership across the enterprise in the execution of the WF strategies/objectives. Accordingly, critical success factors will include the ability to manage effectively in a matrixed organization, develop partnerships with many business and functional areas, and have a strong engagement and delivery focus.



Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning
  • 2+ years of change management experience



Desired Qualifications

  • 1+ year of leadership or management experience
  • 2+ years of business systems analysis or design experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of audit and regulatory compliance
  • Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
  • Ability to facilitate meetings among remote resources
  • Ability to present to multiple levels of management
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Client relationship management experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of SharePoint



Other Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with compliance of Information Security guidelines, specifically Identity and Access Management
  • Strategic planning experience, leading Programs with multiple work streams and/or phases aligned, each with a defined scope and timeline, leading all to successful implementation
  • Proven track record of delivering highly complex projects which involve multiple work streams and a significant amount of risk, business, and technology change through integration or implementation
  • Ability to assess risk and provide proposed solutions/drive the work to address regulatory and operational risk issues
  • Has the ability to present and discuss information in a way that persuades, educates and enhances understanding at all levels
  • Successful at turning preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans and solutions
  • Experience working closely with technology leaders across EIT and EIS
