Identity and Access Management (IAM) is an essential component in Wells Fargo's Information Security Risk Management strategy. The IAM Control Adoption and Stakeholder Engagement Team (ICASE) is accountable for ensuring Technology and LOB compliance with Access Management policies, providing streamlined engagement and consistent execution model with LOB partners.
This position serves as a central IAM point of contact and is an advocate for line of businesses. This position will be responsible to partner with key stakeholders to mitigate risk for critical projects, initiatives, and functions related to IAM domain capabilities. This position provides knowledge and supports major business groups to align with Information Security (IS) Identity and Access standards.

A successful candidate will work closely with the ICASE team along with business lines and technology leadership across the enterprise in the execution of IAM strategies/objectives. Accordingly, critical success factors will include the ability to manage effectively in a matrixed organization, develop partnerships with many business and functional areas, and have a strong engagement and delivery focus.

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning5+ years of IAM (Identity and Access Management) experience2+ years of experience managing Identity and Access Management or Information Security related projects

Salary Information
