Corporate Risk helps all Wells Fargo businesses identify and manage risk.We focus on three key risk areas: credit risk, operational risk and market risk. We help our management and Board of Directors identify and monitor risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and take appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company.

Provides technical expertise and support within a business unit, rather than in an IT organization. Resolves more complex issues and initiatives related to systems, tools and applications used by the business or functional area. Duties are varied and include: resolution of complex user access and other security administration issues; coordinates production support and maintenance of large-scale, business applications; coordinates troubleshooting of network, hardware and software issues and resolution with users, vendors and internal service groups; plans and leads user projects for application and hardware installations and upgrades; develops test scripts and coordinates user acceptance testing of technology components; develops and/or updates user documentation and procedures; assesses training needs, develops and conducts user/support team training; analyzes performance trends, recommends and coordinates implementation of process and procedure improvements; understands and assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for user area; may participate in BCP activities; may coordinate user project resources and provide guidance to less experienced analysts.

  • The successful candidate will have experience working in the Banking Industry working with technology teams and a variety of different business teams.
  • Experience managing releases, testing applications, communicating releases, and using 3rd party applications such as Remedy and Jira.
  • Required Qualifications

    5+ years of technical support experience3+ years of 3rd party vendor application production support experience1+ year of business continuity planning experience2 + years of experience providing technical support or development for banking customer-facing portals3+ years of change management experience3+ years of technical documentation and publication experience1+ years of experience with Opus Hiperos

    Customer service focus with experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutionsStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracySolid knowledge and understanding of IT processes and technologiesExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsEffective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills

    Other Desired Qualifications
  • Experience using Jira, HP Service Management, and Remedy Tools
  • Customer service focus with experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of IT processes and technologies.
  • Extensive use and knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
  • ITIL Foundations Certification or in the process.
