Currently we are looking for talented IT Specialist to join Business Applications Support (BAS) Team in Katowice.


Our Team provides cross platform (Linux/Unix, Windows and z/OS) and cross technology support on multiple accounts.

As we're supporting French customers, French language will be an advantage. We are providing Level 2 & level 3 of support during regular office hours and on call.

Main duties:
  • Software maintenance
  • Supporting enterprise workload automation solutions (IWS, Control-M, $U, OpCon, VTOM) and customer specific applications
  • Maintaining databases (MSSQL, DB2, PostgreSQL)
  • Advanced scripting
  • File transfer solutions (Axway, CFT)



Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • At least 2+ year relevant IT experience
  • Experience with: application exploitation, Unix / Linux / Windows system support
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following Schedulers (TWS, $U, Control-M, Opcon, VTOM),
  • Technical troubleshooting management ability
  • English communication skills
  • Good understanding of IT processes and good practices characteristic for large IT corporation (ITIL knowledge/training/certificate is a plus)



Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • File transfer products experience
  • Knowledge of French language will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of any scripting and programming language is highly appreciated
