IBM currently supports O&M and Development for the Claims and Management System (CMS) at the Victims Compensation Fund program
  • IBM is looking for a Business Analyst Tester to support the claims / case management of the agile team.
  • In this exciting role, you will be part of an agile team which in comprised of both IBM and client staff.
  • The role requires working within the client team / organization, identifying areas that need improving or updating, and then finding solutions to any problems with intensive research and deep analysis.
  • This can involve revamping existing areas of the business, such as claims registration, eligibility, review, payment and reporting processes. Additionally, the role will support exercising tests of the functionality as the code is readied for promotion to the upper environments

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

2-3 years of Business Analysis experience or in a similar capacity and managing requirements end to end including testing.
2-3 years evaluating client needs and existing processes
Experience with documenting identified required changes and communicating them to the relevant teams/colleagues.
Experience with developing logical IT solutions, enabling everyone to better understand the problem and meet the business goals.
Documenting user stories and prototypes after collaborating with team
Developing and training staff in how to use the new systems.
Advising senior staff and client staff, e.g., Product Owner and working well in team environment
Clearance: Public Trust

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

Experience working in an agile environment

Experience working in multiple environments (i.e., Dev, Testing, Pre-production, Production)

Understanding of or hands-on experience with RTC, RQM, Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Dev Ops solutions and test automation solutions, e.g., Selenium

Additional experience with Business Analysis in an AGILE process is a plus
