In addition to setting the foundation for how the team accepts, reacts and responds to current production escalation, this role will also be engaged with the technology roadmap to build the Customer Due Diligence plaform of the future.

The Core Services Technology team is looking for an experienced technical Business System Consultant Manager to drive our Customer Due Diligence platform into the next generation. We are looking for an manager that understands the importance of a solid business process that is the foundation of a solid technology platform. This is a management role and your ability to build releationships with business partners, development team and our technology partners will be the key to your success.

This position requires experience in mining and analyzing data to assist in inquiries from our business partners, building sound functional designs that recognize and document impacts to data, responding to ad hoc inquires on application statistics, and reporting on that analysis in a professional and polished manner.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Lead a team of 9-10 business systems consultants of various levels as they work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that test plans and scripts meet customer needs
  • Lead and participate in design, development and implementation of large and complex application, ensuring the appropriate documentation is produced and work is aligned among the team.
  • Ensure that BSC team project deliverables are adequately staffed and delivered on time.
  • Ensures effective and beneficial relationships with vendors and internal business and technical partners.


Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of information technology experience
  • 5+ years of management experience in a technology environment
  • Experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
  • 5+ years of experience writing Business Requirements Documents (BRD's)
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • 2 + years of experience as a scrum master
  • 5 + years of Microsoft Visio experience



Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Knowledge and understanding of database querying and creating ad hoc reporting results using TSQL or similar querying methods

  • Data Modeling
  • IBM BPM
  • Strong Powerpoint & MS Office Suite skills
  • Experience in AML/KYC technologies and Financial Crimes Risk Management and technologies, including customer due diligence, sanctions scanning, transaction and product monitoring and regulatory requiements such as Dodd/Frank, FATCA, etc
  • Proven understanding of infrastructure and experience with with TOG on delivery


Job Expectations

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
