Part of IT Transition Program Management Office (IT T-PMO). T-PMO is responsible for migrating IT Applications and Infrastructure and is part of the Application Migration Project that involves migrating multiple applications into Salesforce.


Key Responsibilities


- Collaborate with management and/or business owners from various departments to capture, document and to gain consensus of business requirements, processes, and gap-analysis. Perform validation of existing requirements and conduct* analysis


- Develop process maps as needed


- Utilize business requirements to create functional requirements or functional design documents for use in system configuration/setup


- Assist in the development of test scripts, track testing outcomes, provide updates to project manager as requested


- Assist Project Manager in the development of project timeline related to requirements gathering, testing activities and training


- Assist in the identification of training audiences and activities


- Work closely with internal teams to validate and document requirements


- Coordinate closely with business leads and other project team members to drive successful task completion


- Attend and participate in various meetings, as assigned


- Develop productive relationships with project team members


- Coordinate with team members to capture and document updates for tasks assigned; monitor changes and provide weekly statuses


- Monitor and report on business analysis activities progress to the project to Project Manager


- Present status reports defining progress for requirements captured, track and monitor action items, issues, and solutions


- Document and communicate test plan and test cases


- Conduct and provide support to application and acceptance testing activities


Qualifications


- Strong skills with Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Visio


- 3-5 years' experience with CRM applications, ideally Salesforce


- Minimum 5 years Business Analyst experience


- Strong organization and analytical skills


- Experience using project databases to manage and monitor actions, decisions and risks


- Successful track record as a hands-on team member who can multi task effectively


- Results driven, ability independently to work as part of a larger team to help the team reach decisions


- Strong verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills


- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced project environment


- Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with stakeholders, team members and internal/external customers
