Job Description

The Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) technology team is responsible for technology strategy, development and support of the technology portfolio supporting critical Asset Management, Configuration Management, Vulnerability Management, SDLC, and IT Service Management (ITSM) enterprise operations.

This position is within Software Lifecycle team and supports the Enterprise Delivery and Enablement Open Source toolchain, including SME for Team Foundation Server, GitHub, Jenkins, Subversion, Urbancode Deploy, Urbancode Build and AntHill Pro.

This role is responsible for the management of projects, Risk & Regulatory compliance and production support for above mentioned tools.

Day-to-day responsibilities include lead of weekly support and project meetings, project management of internal projects, such as upgrades and migrations, tracking incidents and assignments, change coordination, support team activity coordination, and timely updates to enterprise systems such as Partnerships, LDRPS and Remedy.

  • Acts as a liaison between business partners and the technology organization, facilitating discussions and documenting requirements, test plans, identifying sprint milestones, creating and monitoring forecasts.
  • Collaborates with the Technology Manager, application leads and development team to execute the best technical solution that addresses the needs of the users.
  • Facilitates weekly application check points to include training and testing needs, engineering and capacity updates, upgrades and maintenance, incremental and base project progress, and incident management.
  • Works with the line of business to evaluate project and enhancement requirements and design and implement the most efficient and cost-effective solution per the vision set by the architects, application leads and technology manager.
  • Prepares specifications for system changes. Recommends and initiates systems testing.
  • Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.
  • Acts as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies.
  • Assists Technology Manager with department compliance with Enterprise operational risk programs and audit regulations.
  • Provides direction and guidance to less experienced staff.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both

  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem solving techniques
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
  • Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong relationship management skills



Other Desired Qualifications
  • Must be highly proficient in project management, coordination and meeting facilitation.
  • Must have in-depth experience and knowledge with incident-resolution processes including utilization and understanding of Pac2000
  • Working knowledge of Wells Fargo audit and security policies, practices and systems.


Job Expectations

  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
