The Order Management capability is made up teams, processes and systems that manage and support the order life cycle from creation of order to final fulfillment and payment.

Project Description:

Order Lifecycle Optimization is a program geared toward using workflow and digital automation to streamline handoff activities, reduce process gaps, and automate repetitive tasks related to the customer order lifecycle. In order to deliver the most value, we need to focus on end-to-end processes that span multiple teams.

Position Overview:

Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for:

  • Meeting facilitation - business mapping & refinement, & reviews
  • Documentation - Business flows, & user stories, interview and observation outcomes
  • Translation of business needs/ goals into clear user stories and a resource to help ensure seamless understanding and coordination between business and technology resources

What would a normal day for this position look like??

  • Facilitation of / interview sessions
  • Story Writing - working with business and IT to define and capture all , acceptance criteria and all aspects of the work to be completed in order for the team to act upon and complete the work
