In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for developing and maintaining a set of customer-facing account and post-purchase features. As part of the larger team driving the shopping experience, the work is challenging, rewarding, and fast-paced. The team works within the agile framework, with daily standups and weekly releases.

This is an exciting time to work on this team, having the opportunity to refine the customer experience. In this role, you will be working with product, QA, developers, and a scrum master on a daily basis. You will also be working across teams and working with multiple teams.

Will be working on a set of account and post-purchase features, with Product, developers, and QA on a daily basis.

Position Overview:

Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for:

  • Translate stories into actionable work items between Engineering, Product and User Experience
  • Writing technical specifications, vetting of product requirements from cross-functional teams, facilitate communication between product and engineering about what's possible
  • Demonstrate an understanding of patterns, API's and services used by other teams and product owners without owning prioritization, look at the work as a whole.
  • Analyze customer feedback from NPS comments and opinion labs and identify the issues leading to bad customer experience.
  • Co-ordinate with various digital and enterprise teams to resolve the issues leading to a bad customer experience.
  • Typical day: Daily standups in an Agile environment, maintaining backlog of items in project, formulating business requirements and translating into stories

Required Experience

  • 2-4 years Business Systems Analyst
  • Quality Assurance experience and general knowledge
  • Technically savvy-worked with API's, experience working with developers and technical teams
  • Data-driven-Adobe Analytics experience highly preferred
