The Enterprise Communication & Collaboration team, as part of the Enterprise information Technology (EIT) organization, is responsible for providingdelivery of collaboration technology services including email,messaging, conferencing and audiovisual (AV) services This group supports all locations and internal Wells FargoTeam Membersthroughout the world.

This group is looking for an individual to fulfil a twelve month contract assisting with the creation of a new AV service within Wells Fargo while documenting and standardizing the existing AV products andservices worldwide.

Responsibilities include:

  • Documenting the current AV inventory into the Bank's asset management systems
  • Developing a process for management of future assets
  • Coordinating with technical teams to ensure new devices are managed appropriately to risk and security guidelines
  • Ensuring new orders are requests match the company's technology standards
  • Developing a process for certification of new products to the standards catalogue
  • Maintain adherence to company standard policies and procedure for all existing and future AV equipment
  • Provide reporting of AV products and standards
  • Attend meetings with business groups to understand AV technology requirements
  • Composeand maintain AV standards documentation to be shared with key business stakeholders
  • Assist with technology overview demonstrations.
