Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargos more than 70 million global customers.

Enterprise Business Services Technology (EBST) team is looking to hire a IBM DataPower Developer who will be responsible for developing, implementing and supporting mission critical interfaces providing secure gateway and data transformation capabilities.

The position will be part of the RISE application development team.

-Work in several critical interfaces across multiple lines of business like Community Banking, Corporate Technology, Digital Channels, Wholesale Banking and Lending.
-Actively participate in project analysis and design sessions and work with other SMEs, architects, business/technology partners.
-Translates complex business requirements into technical solutions through efficient design and using appropriate tools and technologies
-Designs, develops and unit tests SOAP and REST based web services, contributes to functional specifications as they pertain to complex business requirements and processes.
-Provides support for overall systems testing; supports the implementation of the application into production.
-Creating XML schema, JSON schema and development using XSLT and WebSphere Transformation Extender(WTX) and configuration using DataPower.
-Creating design documentation, participating in code review and mentoring junior developers
-Provide support for researching production issues which includes troubleshooting with cryptography(digital certificates),networking, IBM DataPower and IBM Message Queuing (IBM MQ).
-This position will work with the teams in the U.S. and in international locations (India, Philippines) for development and support of the application.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of application development and implementation experience7+ years of DataPower experience4+ years of MQ Series Messaging experience3+ years of leadership experience in a production environment3+ years of Websphere Transformation Extender (WTX) experience

Desired Qualifications

Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills7+ years of XML (Extensible Markup Language) experienceKnowledge and understanding of security technologies and concepts including identity management, single sign on, directory services, role based access control, cryptographic algorithms, mutual authentication and certificate managementAbility to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team membersKnowledge and understanding of technical documents and procedures developmentsExperience operating effectively in a geographically dispersed organizationKnowledge and understanding of data center: network designs
