We are looking to add a Robotic Automation Application System Engineer to our team. This person will be responsible for leading the development and level 3 support of business process automation built in BluePrism 6.3 and UIPath 2019.x

The System engineer will be part of onshore development team in a customer {internally} facing role, to drive delivery of new automated processes as well as managing the changes required for the automations for our Wells Fargo Technology team. The system engineer will ensure consistency and synchronization across various builds, delivered codes and updated information on all the changes in progress. The ideal candidate will work on build, optimize and operationalize robotic process automation as well as maintenance by following operational procedures for maintaining technology as required.

The Application Systems Engineer will use their knowledge of Robotic Process Automation technologies, related tools, and existing designs. Will be working on most complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variance factors.

Candidate will have to Plan, perform, and act as the escalation point for the most complex automation designs, coding, and testing. Leads most complex multiple modeling, simulations, and analysis efforts. Acts as expert technical resource to programming staff in the program development, testing, and implementation process.

Responsibilities:

Design solutions utilizing Robotic Process Automation best practices and maintain technical responsibility for project delivery Drive the strategic and tactical roll-out of the solution to enterprise customers by creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios Drive the triage of production tickets for any robotic process automation execution failures Document configuration best practices, create and maintain solution documentation Work within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process Ability to build the To-Be process with understanding of the As-Is process for the RPA Solution Design Self-starter, ability to proactively push for clarity when dealing with ambiguity, such as proactively working with the business analysts on technical and data input requirements Ability to understand the bigger picture from an overall integration architecture perspective Good understanding of Process Design documents, technical design documents within the automation spaceRequired Qualifications

7+ years of application development and implementation experience3+ years of Blue Prism Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development experience

Desired Qualifications

Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsBlue Prism Developer CertificationUiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD)

Job Expectations

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.NC-Charlotte: Min: $90,300 Mid: $129,000NJ-North Brunswick: Min: $108,400 Mid: $154,800
