Job Description

Process Choreography Development Lead with deep experiences building and running multiple scalable, high-performance, Business Process Management (BPM) systems for large enterprises. This resource will be tasked with designing, building, and deploying multiple BPM solutions to support a large global user base with 24/7 uptime.

Candidate should have BPM and J2EE design and development as his/her primary skill.

- Experience with BPM platforms like IBM BPM or Lombardi, required.
- Design, develop, and test complex business process using BPM utilizing multiple integrations with other legacy systems on variety of platforms.
- Experience with IBM ODM Rules Management platforms.
- Design, develop, and test complex business rules managed and executed by rules engine integrating with BPM platform
- Design and develop enhancements to existing web based applications and back end components.
- Perform unit testing and system integration validations. Verify program logic by preparing test data, tests and debug programs. Participate in overall system testing and support implementation of the application into production environment.
- Responsible for system quality assurance and consistency with installation and security policy and standards.
- Multi-task application development queue, production support, documentation and administrative duties.
- Communicate effectively with the project team.
- Comply with development standards and security policies set within the larger development organization.
- Work with team of application developers (team members and contractors) and collaborate with a senior architect and solution designer to effectively deliver projects, enhancements and applications.
- Production support duties during business hours and after hours and weekends as needed for application deploys, etc.



Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of application development and implementation experience
  • 5+ years of IBM BPM experience
  • 5+ years of BPM development experience
  • 5+ years of process design or improvement experience
  • 2+ years of Agile experience
  • 3+ years of leadership or management experience

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills



Other Desired Qualifications
  • Experience leading Agile development teams in providing consistent on-time, low-defect rate, deliveries
  • Able to lead team of developers on/off-shore to deliver a robust, high-performance BPM solutions.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Will be working closely with business users.
  • BPM IBM BPM (preferred), PNMsoft Sequence iPBMS, JBoss BPM, etc.
  • Process Modeling - process optimization and guiding the business to improve efficiency.
  • Knowledge of Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes.
  • Mastery of process version management and release.
  • Integration with various Internal and External services as part of the BPM orchestration.
  • Reporting on productivity and efficiency of business processes for continuous improvement.
  • Consistently embraces ownership and accountability situations and roles.
  • Proven ability to lead process improvement activities through disciplined project management practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work on a multi-vendor, distributed team and provide contributions without management oversight
  • Must be able to lead multiple efforts across variety of business groups
