Job Description

The Wholesale Digital Services technology team is seeking a Production Support Lead to support the back office fraud monitoring tools that comprise the CEO Fraud Management application. The candidate will provide extensive consultation and troubleshooting, as well as serve as the liaison/SME to vendors, partner applications, and the fraud business and on cross channel integrations utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools and existing designs for CEO Fraud Management.

The selected candidate will provide support in the development of several internally developed applications and externally developed vendor applications. Acts as technical SME for the J2EE/Unix environment. Additionally, this person will lead complex analysis efforts of production failures, performance and response concerns, environment anomalies, data issues and upgrades.

Other duties include:

  • Supports application implementations and configuration changes during both planned production migrations and unplanned production issues.
  • Acts as escalation point for business and testers regarding production issues, environmental issues preventing testing and implementation challenges.
  • Engages vendor and drives resolution to vendor issues and acts as liaison between business users and vendor throughout issue resolution process.

Coordinates compliance related activites around disaster recovery planning, server and middleware patching, scheduled change documentation and problem ticket tracking.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of application development and implementation experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Other Desired Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience developing and supporting web applications (J2EE/Unix)
  • 4+ years of experience identifying, documenting, escalating and resolving issues
  • 5 + years of technology release or implementation experience
  • 3+ years of Oracle experience
  • 1+ year of fraud prevention and authentication area experience
  • 1+ year of performance tuning experience
  • Previous Wells Fargo experience strongly preferred
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Must be on-call and support a pager rotation
  • Must work some nights and weekends
