The highest priority for this role is assisting groups across all of Wells Fargo's lines of business in creating meaningful and compelling visualizations that effectively communicate goals, achievements and progress towards milestones.

This position will champion the use of Microsoft Business Intelligence tools to both technical and nontechnical personnel. The successful candidate will communicate with groups to understand their needs and challenges, work with developers to overcome roadblocks they may encounter, and provide a point of contact between end users and technical groups to facilitate solutions that require further support from vendors and internal service providers.

This role will serve as part of the Microsoft Business Intelligence Competency Center team within Enterprise Data Technology.

Facilitate bringing people into the Microsoft tool environments, Primarily SharePoint and Power BI Respond to users for issues as well as provide consulting to assist in their reporting activities related to Power BI, SharePoint, and SSRS Work internally using SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS and SSRS to surface utilization information to the community Develop documentation and Knowledge Base entries to cover frequently asked questions and how-to instructions Work with Microsoft, Enterprise SharePoint services and SQL Server DBAs to resolve advanced issues as they are encountered Participate in quarterly forums to communicate service changes, governance and compliance updates, and provide demonstrations of various aspects and capabilities of the Microsoft tools Maintain relevant and up to date skills and knowledge of Microsoft BI tools and the services with which they integrateRequired Qualifications

7+ years of application development and implementation experience2+ years of experience creating visual reports with one or combination of the following: SSRS, Tableau, or PowerBI1+ year of SharePoint experience4 + years of SQL Server SSIS, SSRS and SSAS experience

Desired Qualifications

Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsKnowledge and understanding of data visualization Deep understanding of SharePoint workflows, InfoPath, forms and customized forms1+ year of SharePoint administration experience
