Within Wealth and Investment Management Technology, the Work Management, Imaged Document Workflow, and Workflow Utilities Teams are seeking a dedicated Senior On-site Production Support and Maintenance Lead for key Brokerage applications. The Team Member will act as a lead in providing application transformation, support, maintenance, guidance, and consultation for WIM applications. The size and complexity of these applications requires a full-time onshore developer with strong leadership and communication skills who is able to interface with Business leadership, other IT resources in various levels/roles/locations, Architecture, and Quality Assurance.

The Team Member will provide business critical onshore support on and off hours to minimize impact and coordinates with on and offshore team members including domestic FTEs, contractors, offshore Team Members, and Statement of Work Team Members for continuity and ongoing support. The Team Member will act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation, and analysis efforts utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology, Wells Fargo Business logic, tools, architectural patterns, and existing designs to support and maintain applications and capabilities. The Team Member may provide coding direction and oversight to less experienced staff locally and in remote locations. The Team Member will be engaged in systems testing, application debugging, and the migration of platforms and applications to production. The Team Member will assure quality, security, and compliance requirements are met for supported area, overseeing the creation of or updates to and testing of the business continuation plan.

This role supports functional and technical requirements, disaster recovery, Technology Compliance Program, and maintenance releases. Responsibilities include facilitation and representation of EACO activities for associated applications, coordination /management /communication of findings related to Production Investigation activities, leadership/coordination of EASP security requirements and Maintenance activities for associated applications. The Team Member may be accountable for responding to alarms and inquiries off hours, coordinating with offshore team members, interface partners, Business partners, management, and others as necessary and appropriate.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of application development and implementation experience3+ years of brokerage industry experience2+ years of Agile experience3+ years of Splunk experience5+ years of .net experience3+ years of application production support experience5+ years of experience working with Relationship Database Management Systems (RDBMS) such as SQL Server, Oracle or MySQL
