Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargos more than 70 million global customers.

Acts as a lead in providing application design guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools and existing designs. Analyzes highly complex business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications to design or redesign complex computer platforms and applications. Provides coding direction to less experienced staff or develops highly complex original code. Acts as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts. Verifies program logic by overseeing the preparation of test data, testing and debugging of programs. Oversees overall systems testing and the migration of platforms and applications to production. Develops new documentation, departmental technical procedures and user guides. Leads projects, allocates and manages resources and manages the work of less experienced staff. Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversees creation of or updates to and testing of the business continuation plan.

Providing leadership and technical direction to less experienced staff Developing SharePoint Solutions Adhering to Software Development Lifecycle policies and procedures Understanding the business requirements, goals, and objectives and building solutions that meet the business need Provide on-call 24x7 production support Improving processes to make them simpler, faster, and more secure Staying current on new technologyRequired Qualifications

7+ years of application development and implementation experience5+ years of experience leading the requirement design process with both technical and business partners5 + years of technical design experience7+ years of C#.NET experience5 + years of SharePoint development experience5 + years of experience with SharePoint Designer workflows5+ years of JavaScript Frameworks experience (jQuery, Ext JS, Kendo UI and/or Angular JS)2+ years of web client side development using Angular or Razor

Desired Qualifications

Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsExperience working with ShareGate, Fiddler or similar migration and reporting tools3+ years of Fortify Code Analyzer experience3+ years of Splunk experienceKnowledge and understanding of AppDynamics3+ years of Autosys experience3+ years of SOA (Services Oriented Architecture) experience3 + years of Team Foundation Server (TFS) experience

Other Desired Qualifications 5+years of experience developing ASP.NET MVC applications using the Razor syntax 5+ years of Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) development experience 5+ years of experience with databases such as Oracle, DB2, SQL server, or Teradata 5+ years of Database Administration experienceJob Expectations
