Job Description

The EIT Life Cycle Management team is seeking a senior technical engineer to support enterprise 3rd party vendor recording and analytic applications.

Some responsabilites include:

  • Technical support for enterprise Nice Call Recording and Analytic Solutions including: Nice Call Recording, Nice Analytics and Fraud, Mattersight, and PinDrop Fraud Analytics.
  • Analyzes and uses vendor specifications and other diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex systems software and/or hardware problems, resolves issues or escalates as needed to meet established service level agreements.
  • Leads efforts to maintain, restore or improve service and determines when vendor maintenance support is needed.
  • Participates in support and/or MACD (Move, Add, Change, Delete) projects associated with implementation of upgrades, installations, modifications, customizations and/or testing, completes moderately complex programming and testing tasks.
  • Updates and completes documentation, procedures and user guides.
  • Understands BCP, quality, security and compliance requirements for supported area and analyzes additions and changes for risk to the environment.
  • Participates in testing and updating the business continuation plan.
  • Provides assistance and guidance to less experienced staff.

This position will need to partner with other technology teams including, but not limited to: Workforce Management, Performance Management, CTI/Telephony, Dialer, Project Management, ECT Architecture, Technology Infrastructure Services, Governance and Strategy and Business Relationship Management teams.



Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of application development and implementation experience
  • 2+ years of analytics experience
  • 5+ years of contact center experience
  • 1+ year of MS SQL server experience
  • 1+ year of Server experience
  • 1+ year of Windows OS administration experience
  • 4+ years of NICE Call Recording experience
  • 5+ years of application production support experience
  • 3+ years of virtualization technologies experience
