Compliance Monitoring Applications Technology (CMAT) within ITForIT CIO organization provides technology solutions in support of various Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) functions including: IT Infrastructure Operations, Server infrastructure compliance reporting, Middleware infrastructure asset management, IT Portfolio Planning & Implementation.

The CMAT team is seeking Aflabet Developer to help in the implementation of multiple Portfolio Planning initiatives, provide technical direction for multiple project development initiatives, participate in the release schedules in conjunction with business drivers.

Responsibilities include:

Lead in the design and development of enterprise focused services in support of the Application Porfolio Planning and Implementation within the Alfabet product suite.
Be part of a team and participate in multiple project releases, mentor team members across multiple geographical locations, establish application roadmaps for architectural standards in partnership with Project and Team Leads.
Plan for infrastructure capacity, reliability and availability of the complete application portfolio.
Partner with various stakeholders within the Business teams, Project Development teams, Patch coordination and Risk Management teams to deliver project commitments.

This role requires a candidate to have in-depth expertise and experience in ETL/Data warehouse/Business Intelligence tools of complex, enterprise scale reporting solutions, integration with substantial number of upstream and downstream systems, ability to provide estimates for business cases, design and implement a multifaceted technical architecture roadmap. This role serves as an escalation point and sets the technical direction for the other offshore technical resources supporting the application development activity. Must be able to represent CST in dialogues with different LOB's and to be an advocate for those same business partners in championing their priorities within TOG.

The ideal candidate will have the demonstrated capability to work with a wide range of both technical resources and business/project stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of application development and implementation experience3+ years of relational database experience2+ years of SQL experience2+ years of business intelligence experience2+ years of HTML (HyperText Markup Language) experience2+ years of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Programming experience

Desired Qualifications

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Other Desired Qualifications 2+ years of experience in XML language and structure 3+ years of data management experience including data modeling, data integrity and data quality Experience working on Software AGs Alfabet IT Planning & Portfolio product suite Alfabet Expand and ADIF development tools. General Knowledge of .NET Applications, REST API Web Services , Experience working in an Agile environment as a contributor Interest in Enterprise Architecture, IT Planning, and/or Business Process Management Knowledge of general system analysis and design processes Knowledge of any architecture frameworks or practices
