This Apps Programmer/Analysts 3 position is a Quality Assurance intensive role which creates, prepares and implements systems quality assurance reviews for numerous applications. In an effort to implement error free releases, the responsibilities of the Apps Programmer/Analysts 3 will include, but are not limited to the following:

Responsible for primary development of testing strategies.
Uses independent judgment to perform complex analysis of business requirements and technical system specifications.
Leads and prioritizes testing activities for projects involving onshore and offshore teams.
Defining high level end to end testing scenarios/data flows for test planners and testers to follow.
Creates and executes test plans and scripts to facilitate complex testing activities.
Logs, tracks, and verifies resolution of software and specification defects and provides specific guidance on defects to developers.
Coordinating and supporting SIT/UAT testing and defect triage across integrated functional testing, automation and stress, performance and load teams
Utilizes ALM/Quality Center to write test cases and create traceability matrix while working in an environment in which prior knowledge of automation will be needed.
Responsibilities will be a blend of manual testing activities and automation testing using QTP, Selenium or other automation tools.
Must have prior test experience with integration (SIT) and user acceptance (UAT) testing.
Performs moderately complex to complex test data setup, regression testing and testing validation.
Performing complex analysis of business requirements and system specifications to drive test timelines and deliverables
Facilitating test support requirements including test data, test IDs and test environment readiness
Identifying testing dependencies & risks with requirements, scope, and application availability as well as understanding dependencies between testing teams
Utilizing technical and functional knowledge of applications and enterprise standards to evaluate and resolve complex testing risks/issues and manages through resolution
Coordinate and execute in-sprint Automation within 2 week sprints in an agile release.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of application development and implementation experience2+ years of HP ALM experience3+ years of quality assurance experience2+ years of QTP, UFT or WinRunner experience3+ years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tools1+ years of application development experience2+ years of experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies1 + years of experience designing and implementing solutions for test automation using Selenium and Java2+ years of scripting and automation experience

Other Desired Qualifications

Work closely with Developers, BAs and QA Engineers in resolution of technical issues.
Experience with applications of differing technologies including web, mobile, web services, ETL and messaging.
Experience working with keyword and data-driven automation frameworks
Analyze and contribute to further develop of test automation standards/procedures and maintain the adherence to these standards
Experience in implementing In Sprint Automation within Agile teams.
Understanding of test automation tools/frameworks such as UFT, Selenium, Watir, Cucumber, Fit/Fitnesse.
Understanding of testing and automation concepts and practices such as Shift Left, TDD, BDD, API-Layer Testing, Continuous Integration
2+ year of experience with Java and/or VB
Understanding of SOA concepts and technologies such as WSDL, SOAP, REST
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with quick adaptation to new technologies and methodologies
Detail-oriented and persistent
Brokerage and/or Financial Services Industry Knowledge
Experience across all testing activities and ensure flow, quality, efficiencies and resolution of issues that impede testing efforts and time lines

Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.MO-Saint Louis: Min: $61,300 Mid: $86,300
