This role will be part of an agile application development team within the Customer Due Diligence Group. The team supports the full Software Development Lifecycle for 5 internally developed, full-stack applications that provide custom technology solutions for the Corporate Due Diligence Investigations (CDDI), Enhanced Due Diligence Center (EDDC) and Process and Integration Team (PIT). This role will be responsible for full-stack development which can include developing enhancements or resolving bugs in existing applications, developing new applications to support the sunset of older applications and working with ancillary technologies to support application integration and data integrity. The development team is global which requires use of online collaboration tools to efficiently and effectively engage with peers. The main technologies we use are .Net (including Razor, MVC and back-end component development), MS SQL server (including SSIS and SSRS), Entity Framework, AutoSys and the Azure platform.

This role is a Developer role, within the Performance and Integration Team (1PIT) team, responsible for:

1. Application Design
Participates in application design by providing feedback and guidance on available technology options to business problems specific to Customers Due Diligence.
Provides high-level estimates for different alternative designs to help guide functional design.
2. Construction
Develops highly complex original code.
Provides technical assistance to less experienced staff.
Verifies program logic by: Reviewing detailed design prepared by other members of the technical staff and Participating in code walkthroughs.
3. Deployment
Ensure any modified or new components are well-documented so that the deployment team can deploy efficiently.
4. Other requirements
Participates in process refinement for the entire software development life cycle.
Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met.

5+ years of experience in using source/version control tools, such as Visual Source Safe, Harvest, CVSNT and Team Foundation Services.
3+ years of experience in matrix organization including communicating with non-technical business users.
3+ years experience designing and developing application architectures that promote reusability across multiple sites
1+ years experience with Responsive UI development from scratch
Azure website development experience
Agile scrum development experience
Exceptional verbal communication skills (enabling facilitation of design discussions and requirements elicitation with the business lines
Demonstrable experience developing MVC applications for a professional business in a for-profit environment.
Exceptional written communication skills (ability to write technical design documents, implementation plans and change documentation that is accurate, concise and can be used by others to execute their functions)
Must be self-directed and self-motivated to see and find efficient and cost effective opportunities for change.
The ideal candidate for this role will be flexible and thrive in challenging situations. Ability to adapt to change quickly and adjust work in a positive, professional manner.
Knowledge of Risk rating, sanctions screening functionality, and familiarity with BSA compliance applications.
Knowledge of experience on Customer Identification Program, Negative News and PEP scanning tools.
Proficiency in build and deployment process of applications involving multi-tier blocks and interfaces.
Proficiency in working with systems required to effectively process large volumes of both real-time and batch transactions.
Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical field.
