We are seeking a highly motivated Applications Systems Engineer (ASE4) expert in Hogan IDS TDA (Integrated Deposit Systems & Time Deposit Account)

Duties of this role include but are not limited to: analyzing business requirements, designing and writing technical specifications, and developing new or complex code as well as providing coding guidance to less experienced onshore and offshore staff. Ability to communicate between teams and organizations across the company as well as advanced negotiation skills are highly desired.

In addition, this role may also require engineer to support business analyst role tasks on occasion such as; writing functional requirements, test planning, test execution and validation.

Successful individual in this role will demonstrate the following competencies:

Ability to quickly adapt within our fast paced environment Strong technical acumen with the ability to function in a mainframe and Agile application development environment Ability to maintain and/or modify existing applications or develop complex programs Ability to analyze complex code, test and debug programs, and assist others Ability to analyze complex business requirements and assist in writing technical specifications Ability to complete necessary systems documentation, procedures, and user guides Ability to task effectively between multiple initiatives and deliver high-quality products within service level agreement (SLA) Ability to communicate effectively across teams and partnershipsRequired Qualifications

5+ years of application development and implementation experience5+ years of Hogan experience

Desired Qualifications

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills5+ years of mainframe experience5+ years of Cobol experienceExperience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) and KanbanKnowledge and understanding of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)PAC2000 experienceKnowledge and understanding of EndevorMessaging Queue (MQ) experience
