This role is a Senior Application System Engineer role that will be engaged with implementing sound process design, creative and clean code, thorough unit testing and high performing implementations. This role will be a key contributor in expanding Cornerstone to the Customer Due Diligence platform of the future.

The Customer Due Diligence platform is a highly visible, high-priority set of applications residing on multiple technologies. The platform is used across all Wholesale LOBs and is pivotal to merger and acquisition activity. The platform is used by 10,000 internal users who are onboarding and supervising up to 1,000,000 clients.

A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of best development practices that lead to a stable production environment, good knowledge of relevant development and monitoring tools, and the ability to work with project managers and provide project leadership when required. This is a very high visibility environment. This application is undergoing a lot of change with multiple efforts going on simultaneously.

This role will serve as technical resources in Cornerstone team coordinating production/non-prod deployments, safety and soundness activities and the overall day-to-day running of application activities. The candidate will be responsible for working with specialists in areas of IBM BPM Platform, database, autosys, informatica, reporting, and more. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in all areas of the application, and will be able to coordinate and work towards resolution of production issues.

Collaborate with development team, QA, project managers and other tech partners to assist in definition and maintenance of setup-ups, builds, automation and best practices to ensure a repeatable and traceable process for software releases

Coordinate all aspects of the technical resolution of deployment issues. Technology coordination and collaboration across teams on items that need support across various releases, technology contact point critical issues that needs quicker turnaround within releases. Closely partner with tech partners to troubleshoot deployment issues with a focus on quality and timeliness Review all change requests related to Cornerstone to ensure it meet ECM criteria as well as assessing impact of the change request to the application Liaison between Prod, Non-Prod support, Dev, QA Teams and other technology partners Liaison between the application team and L2, QA and business stakeholders Coordinate annual Business Continuity Planning activities Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope and schedule Respond to escalations, turning around timely root cause analysis, with the ability to report to senior leadership Lead and coordinate technology related projects Lead and coordinate safety and soundness activities for CornerstoneRequired Qualifications

7+ years of application development and implementation experience3+ years of database experience3+ years of application production support experience3+ years of environment test coordination, code deployment, release management and communication experience3 + years of technology release or implementation experience3 + years of experience troubleshooting environments across the entire architecture (i.e. applications to infrastructure)2+ years of systems vulnerability management experience
