Job Description

Within the EIT Enterprise Core Services organization, this position is part of the Enterprise Content Management Center of Excellence (ECM CoE). The ECM CoE platforms and portfolio of applications provide horizontal ECM capabilities for 200,000+ internal business users, 100+ Systems, and millions of Wells Fargo customers across all Wells Fargo lines of business. The CoE is focused on Simplification and Standardization of our ECM platforms and ecosystem in support of Safety and Soundness and Governance initiatives while at the same time executing an Innovative focus at extending capabilities and services provided in support of Wells Fargo Business Enablement and Growth.

This position will serve as a Sr. Developer working on projects & initiatives in the Image Capture Capability Area within the ECM Platform. Image Capture is one of the major complex capability areas of our ECM Platform that continues to grow in size as roll-out and adoption continues across LOBs. The primary responsibilities of the role are leading and/or participating in design, development and full SDLC management of .Net based solutions built on top of the Capture platforms within the ECM CoE. Some of the related projects that the selected team member will focus on are driven by Safety & Soundness, Simplification, and Standardization efforts, as well as other LOB project efforts.

The preferred locations for this role include the following Wells Fargo site locations in Des Moines, Minneapolis, Charlotte, or Phoenix. Other Wells Fargo locations will be considered for the right candidate.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of application development and implementation experience
  • 7+ years of .net experience
  • 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing Oracle database solutions



Desired Qualifications

  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of Content Management Systems
  • Knowledge and understanding of application lifecycle, from design and development to testing, implementation and production support
  • Knowledge and understanding of technical documentation: development
  • Strong project management skills



Other Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Kofax Capture, Kofax Transformation Modules, Imaging Solutions enCapture, IBM Datacap, or other Capture specific vendor products
  • Working experience with ECM and Or SOA technologies is preferred
  • Knowledge of one or more of Wells Fargo vertical business domains
  • Demonstrated experience in medium to large scale application development.
  • Experience in Design/Code Review processes.


Job Expectations

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Ability to work on call as assigned
