This is a seven-month contract position to support the ongoing technical operations of the CSG Enablement team during a maternity leave. In this role, you will process learning assignments for the Customer Success Group (CSG) required learning paths and manage and report out compliance data. You will support the regular maintenance of badge records and the refresh of requirements on a quarterly basis. You will also act as the first line support contact for troubleshooting issues related to consumption of on-demand learning content and the tracking of completion.


Responsibilities:


- Manage a fast-paced queue of support requests, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution


- Perform all tasks related to the day-to-day management of compliance reporting and tracking of consumption metrics


- Support analytics lead in the development of compliance dashboards to support real-time compliance tracking needs


- Identify opportunities for improving and enhancing internally developed learning tools and partner with IT teams to complete user acceptance testing on new features


Required Skills:


- 1-2 years experience in a technical support role with proven ability to support customers with diverse requirements at all levels of the business


- Demonstrated technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills


- Strang data analysis skills, including the ability to run reports in Salesforce and manipulate data using Excel pivot tables


- Excellent written and verbal communication


- Excellent project management skills with ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks across various user groups


- Ability to translate business requirements into application functionality


- Must be a go-getter who thrives on working in fast-paced environment


- Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus


- Previous Salesforce admin experience preferred


- BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience
