Enterprise Finance & Information Technology offers technology and services that exceed Wells Fargo customers expectations and directly enable them to succeed financially. Data is fundamental to running our business. We need complete and accurate data to be available for excellent client experiences, regulatory compliance and reporting, management insights and risk management. We have consolidated our data technology teams to provide high quality and consistent solutions across the enterprise.

The MDSS/EPSS Delivery Leader will lead a team accountable for building strong partnerships with Community Bank and the Information Risk Management Privacy team through the delivery of high quality solutions, establishment of best practices across the portfolio of solutions, and leadership across multiple enterprise data programs. The leader will anticipate and provide data and analytical capabilities that create a positive, fundamental shift in the way insights are created and used.

Key Functions and Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders to understand their business objectives and regulatory requirements to build strategic roadmaps to ensure we are supporting the business goals year over year Build highly engaged leaders and teams responsible for leading and delivering complex data solutions. Proactively provide trusted and reliable expertise to help our business partners succeed with their strategies Work toward simplifying Wells Fargo's data and analytic landscape, reshaping how we operate and increasing efficiency and effectiveness, based on new big data technology and approach Build strong partnerships with matrixed support functions (project managers, infrastructure support, relationship managers) to ensure they have a foundational understanding of the data solutions provided to our business partners Manage direct and indirect budget expenses, finding efficiencies where possible Reinforce a culture of accountability in which emerging risks and issues are proactively identified, raised, and remediated as committed through self-identification of issues and/or defined initiatives designed to reduce the risk Actively participate in cross functional working groups to continue maturing the capabilities across data strategy, data architecture, analytics and data management Actively support capacity management planning activities ensuring business partner strategies are properly represented Identify and mobilize resources as necessary to ensure deliverables are met Influence and manage continuous improvement of service delivery to business partners Maintain in-depth awareness of industry trends, business conditions and internal processes and practices Create a high performance culture focused on continuous improvement to achieve maximum gains in efficiency, profitability, customer service and reduction of risk, and serve as a role model demonstrating commitment to diversity and Wells Fargos culture and core values.

As a Team Member Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Specifically you will:

Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them. Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in analytics, modeling, or a combination of both6+ years of management experience; or 6+ years of leadership experience in an advanced quantitative analytics function4+ years of experience leading stakeholder teams to design and develop strategies incorporating the use of data10+ years of data management experience5+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise wide information technology solutions

Other Desired Qualifications Proven success building highly complex, enterprise data solutions A seasoned leader with at least 7+ years of increasing responsibility in leadership positions with emphasis in the following areas: quality/business excellence, data architecture and understanding of big data, process improvement, implementation, and operations Business process and leadership exposure with demonstrated success delivering large-scale, complex projects within a highly matrixed environment Proven success achieving objectives requiring a high level of cooperation from people in other parts of the organization Strong organizational knowledge of systems, situations, pressures and culture within the company to identify potential organizational problems and opportunities as well as implement sustainable solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas in a straight forward and understandable manner Demonstrated track record of successfully building organizational capability including high performing teams, process, and technology. This includes a keen focus and proven results in developing a cultural environment that achieves results through team member engagement, customer loyalty and satisfaction Demonstrated experience partnering with business partners to understand their business goals/objectives, translating their needs into technical requirements and then building and delivering data solutions to help make our business partners successful.
