Job responsibility:
This role is responsible for supporting the Digitization agenda of our Global In-house Center by developing analytics strategy & delivery capability. The aim of this digital capability is to enable data based decision-making leveraging cross functional data analysis using Advanced Analytics. Responsible for defining effective measurement frameworks across the organization/functions & should have working knowledge of business intelligence & analytics.

The analytics capability in our shared service center manifests itself through a Operational Performance Management (OPM) program wherein we have consolidated all data into a datalake visualized though a Tableau interface. We expect our existing OPM program to move from being descriptive / diagnostics to predictive / prescriptive as also support all new digitization initiatives of the company eg. Demand forecasting, talent supply chain, experience program etc.

This role will oversee both the existing OPM (descriptive / diagnostic capability) and the new OPM capability (predictive / prescriptive) which is yet to be built out. The intent is to consider this capability as a product to be developed on the sandbox of the shared service center and eventually to be scaled up to other parts of the global enterprise. Hence the individual needs to have a consulting & product management mindset to be able to succeed in this role. Exposure to and understanding of global financial services organisations would be a plus.

Some of the stakeholders in this role will be - Talent supply chain leader, Enterprise data architecture leader, Knowledge services leader, Business services leader, Corporate services leader, Country leader.

  • Ability to partner & influence senior stakeholders on key strategic programs
  • Ability to translate complex analyses and insights into relevant business discussions among diverse groups of leaders and organizations
  • Be able to evangelize Analytics & digital capabilities across the enterprise & build partnerships to be able to enhance the impact
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge and understanding of databases and data mining techniques
  • Familiarity with data including SQL experience as also visualization tools like Tableau
Basic Qualifications
  • 20+ years of experience with expertise in Product Management and Technology Marketing areas.
  • Masters degree in programs such as finance, economics, business management, statistics, engineering, mathematics, physics, accounting, computer sciences
  • Background in financial technology domain preferred
