As a member on the Cloud Analytics team, you will have the opportunity to assist in building out our cloud analytics environment. You will have the ability to challenge yourself daily, work side by side with other exceptional people, provide business insights, and creating custom solutions to solve business problems from an analytical perspective.

This position will share responsibility for creating, maintaining, and augmenting data and analysis solutions within the cloud analytics team. Qualified candidates will have experience in the areas of Tableau, R development, explorattory data analysis, data modeling, Pyhton, ETL, and SQL to work in our dynamic environment. The team applies business intelligence techniques to turn data into insights in order to provide our business partners with actionable information. The team partners with other groups across the various enterprise footprint to enable data-driven decision making, as well as managing and track data quality and operational issues.

We are seeking a clear communicator who has the ability to work as part of a team, lead projects and initiatives, as well as work autonomously. Candidates will have a superb attention to detail and a strong focus on data quality; a demonstrated ability to quickly learn, retain, and apply business rules; apply good interpersonal skills, and perform effectively under time pressures. Highly developed organizational skills and a proven track record of leadership are required to plan and organize large projects, monitor results and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals and deadlines.

The incumbent must have knowledge to assist with architecture, design, installation, and configuration of complex business intelligence solutions. He\She must have expertise with Tableau, R Development, Python, Microsoft SSIS, and SSRS database support systems. In addition, he/she must have working knowledge with BI design and implementation using SSRS, Excel (complete Microsoft stack.), Tableau or other BI solutions. Should be able to guide and consult in the construction of analytic solutions using dat science best practices.

Responsible for performing highly complex activities related to business analysis and/or modeling. Duties typically include providing insights, developing analytical strategies, performing analytical support and/or modeling regarding a wide array of business initiatives and data visulization design and implementation. This job may require application of analytical, statistical modeling, and forecasting methods.

This position requires effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact and collaborate with other IT teams including application development, System Engineers, Architect, security & compliance and project management office as well as business customers and external vendors.

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling; or a Masters degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis and 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling

Other Desired Qualifications 3+ years experience with design and development of SSAS Cubes, MDX Queries (OLAP) 3 + years experience using Reporting/Analysis Technologies (SQLl, MS Reporting Services, PowerPivot, Tableau, PerformancePoint, R, Business Objects, SAS, etc.) 3 + years development experience (T-SQL, SQL Server 2008/2012/2014, SSIS, Web) A solid individual contributor, proven leader (assisting in leading less advanced team members as well as managing an overall project life cycle), and cooperative team player. Data Mart/ODS/Warehouse Design and Development (SQL Server preferred) Ability to diagnose and correct performance problems -Experience with predictive modeling methods Utilizes proactive and creative approaches to solve analytic questions. Experience building custom ETL processes and/or tools( SSIS preferred) Cloud Azure Knowledge Ability to provide business insights to optimize operational effectiveness and efficiencies Bachelors, Masters, or advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or other related concentration (or the equivalent combination of education and experience) MCITP, MCP, MCSE, MCSD, MCSA CertifiedDisclaimer
