Note: Charlotte, NC is the preferred work location, but will consider any core Wells Fargo location and telecommute.

Enterprise Information Securitys (EIS) vision is to provide Wells Fargo world leading cyber security risk management. Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects Wells Fargos infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws. EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.

Our Enterprise Access Management Reporting and Metrics Team engages, understands, and collaborates with Lines of Business across the bank to ensure they have the information when and how they need it to make effective business decisions. We participate in many projects where our expertise in Reporting, Analytics, and Metrics is required for success.

This Analytic Consultant 4 will partner with all Lines of Business tasked with remediating Privileged Access across the organization. They will be responsible for overseeing the Reporting and Analytics teams Tableau standards and best practices and training as the Team tableau Developer. They will also be responsible for identifying/assessing data sources, performing analysis, building metrics and reporting, and validating the end-product with internal customers. A successful candidate will have the ability to analyze data sources for data quality and adequacy as a critical part of this position. The candidate must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including required reporting training annually.



Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling; or a Masters degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis and 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling
  • 5 + years of Tableau Dashboard development experience
  • 2 + years of Tableau server engineering or Tableau administration experience

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of Tableau
  • Knowledge and understanding of business requirements writing
  • Process definition and documentation experience
  • Strong research and documentation skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of business intelligence development and reporting
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills
  • Ability to work cohesively and collaborate with analytic functions throughout the organization
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to turn findings into executable plans to meet business objectives
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of banking or financial services industry
  • Experience working in a large enterprise environment



Other Desired Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a reporting environment
  • Work with Wells Fargo Business Intelligence Competency Center (BICC) team to create custom user groups
  • Train other team members on tableau software
  • Establish best practices for tableau development
  • Create tableau templates to be utilized as a standard across all reporting
  • Process improvement/automation experience
  • Team Player as opposed to an individual-contributor working relationship
