Permanent position: Leading Reliability Solutions provider is seeking a Asset Integrity Analyst for their various projects in the U.S.: This person will be assigned to a Project Team at one of the client facilities throughout the U.S. and will have the opportunity to be hands-on in engaging clients on key implementation projects. All QUALIFIED Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline. Reports to PROJECT LEAD

Responsibilities for the Analyst

  • Extract and verify technical data (metallurgy, temperatures, pressures, thicknesses, etc.) from documents such as Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), engineering construction drawings
  • Owning the execution of portions of a mechanical integrity implementation project while meeting all quality and efficiency standards
  • Participate in Asset Optimization studies using primary data sources such as Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), heat and material balance, P&IDs, and isometrics
  • Achieve, maintain and accurately report performance metrics, measuring quality and quantity; Utilize multiple software solutions to maximize the effectiveness of our services
  • Develop and implement comprehensive Reliability programs, including: Risk Based Inspection, Mechanical Integrity programs, inspection program development, facility or equipment condition assessment, and expert application of API codes & technical standards
  • Effectively organize piping and equipment data and ensure the transfer of data to applicable software; Generate risk profiles for entire operating facilities

Requirements for the Analyst

  • MUST have a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline
  • Commitment to relocate domestically U.S. (multiple locations), and must be able to relocate as needed
  • MUST have a minimum 0-5 years of experience (preferably in oil & gas, chemicals, petro-chemicals, or mining industries but open to other fields)
  • Excellent communication skills, with a desire to lead
  • Strong aptitude for learning new processes and techniques
  • PREFERRED 1-5 years' project management experience in developing individuals and leading teams, with experience of day-to-day engagement with clients or working onsite at client site.
