1. Support the coordination and project management needed to successfully execute learning and development processes and initiatives.


2. Works closely with the immediate team to coordinate efforts, communicate with HR colleagues, and ensure appropriate efficiencies and processes are in place to streamline and execute work.


3. Apply program/project management skills to assure the timely and efficient execution of L&D projects.


4. Administratively support projects through scheduling, meeting planning etc.


5. Support the delivery of L&D programs and processes such as program set-up, communication with participants


6. Provide support to drive project requirements and plans including managing timelines, communications, quality, risks, uncovering roadblocks, defining critical paths, identifying resource constraints, and any other issues that arise.


7. Work with project/program leads and other stakeholders to identify the success criteria of the project.


8. Identify and document all project milestones and deliverables and keep project plans up to date at all times, including resource allocations, monitoring schedules, milestones, deliverables, updating percentage completion, etc.


9. Attend core team meetings to ensure an understanding of issues and open items.


10. Develop necessary presentations and documentation to support decisions and ideas.


11. Complete ad-hoc and special projects as necessary and based on business changes.


12. Support industry outreach and research necessary to ensure competitive practices and planning for the L&D team.


13. Support ad-hoc projects, where appropriate.
