The candidate will be working on a development team, participating in cross-functional scrum of scrum meetings, and wearing multiple hats in support of executing against strategic initiatives. The right candidate must possess the ability to respond to a fast paced, rapidly changing dynamic environment, have excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills and the ability to resolve conflicts constructively with a positive attitude, energy and enthusiasm. The successful candidate should demonstrate innovation, constant learning, self-motivation and effective team participation. Good communication and interpersonal skills are an absolute must. The candidate should demonstrate a willingness to share knowledge, excellent listening skills and strong analytical skills. The candidate must be able to work effectively under project and daily deadlines where emerging and changing priorities are a constant.

Key Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for the following:

- Ensure the development teams are practicing the Agile principles

- Cultivate robust and sustainable working relationships between business and technology teams to foster a cross-functional team environment

- Assess existing processes, determine key areas for immediate improvement, make recommendations and implement for continuous improvement to enhance effectiveness

- Collaborate closely with the Product owner and Stakeholders to facilitate release management across teams to coordinate release planning

- Ensure cross functional documentation tasks are managed appropriately across teams

- Active participation in problem analysis, resolution and triage application issues. Ability to diagnose data related problems.

- Active Role in System incident management and Change Process

- Prepares documentation for the Support resources on new functionality and supporting material for analysis of customer issues

- Identify, own and remove impediments for team on a daily basis

- Adhere to internal SDLC and review processes and standards

Skills/Qualifications:

- Strong analytical and product management skills required, including thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into technical, infrastructure and security requirements

- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and decompose high-level information into details

- Ability to successfully interact with various levels within the organization, including senior management

- Creative problem solver with the ability to work across the organization to deliver on initiatives

- Ability to manage multiple initiatives / priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Strong presentation, communication, listening and influencing skills

- Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills

- Ability to understand systems engineering concepts

- An Agile mindset with an understanding of the Standard SDLC processes

- Ability to coach the team to reach their highest potential

Experience and Education

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or Engineering or equivalent

- 5+ years' experience working in an IT environment

- Experience working with Agile/KANBAN development on large scale, technically complex projects is required

- Experience in a high-volume production environment involving many transactions is a must

- Experience working with analytical resources on projects and providing expertise in business development processes is preferred
