Your Role and Responsibilities
Objective of the job:
The role is responsible for operations management. This includes communication with Sales people and colleagues in the Local Office, to customers and management in different functions. The individual in this role is responsible to help and manage the teams in areas such as debt collection, pre-legal identification, process refunds, write offs and dispute management. The role provides operational and administrative support to the business by being responsible for organizational tasks of varying complexity. In addition reporting, SOX and audit support activities.
Responsibilities:
Support the IGF Management Team (local and central) in meeting or over achieving its monthly accounts receivables measurement objectives including but not limited to:
       Build and drive a climate in which there is a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
       Ensure team members receive the correct level of education to fulfill their tasks, they are aware of any process changes/new announcements and provided with the training and knowledge transfer to support this; ensure new hires receive the appropriate level of training to fulfill their role. 
       Support the team in meeting the accounts receivables targets defined by management by allocating work according to resources, helping individuals with prioritization, following up on the status of cases on a regular basis, and getting involved where needed 
       Ensure the team is executing tasks according to existing Work Instructions, Work Instructions are up-to-date and reflecting the current processes
       Secure there is a close cooperation with the local office/local office management and accounts receivables center to improve processes, to anticipate workload and to address open items (customer situations, operational delays, communication problems) 
       Identify concerns and issues within the team and make them immediately visible to management so they can be resolved proactively. 
       Be active in building up a good network with other team leads and managers to share knowledge, new ideas, problems and, based on the discussions, find better ideas and solutions for the team and the center 
       Drive and motivate team members to achieve their targets and take ownership.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by having a quick turnaround time in responses. Perform all administrative tasks precisely, according working instructions, keep other tracking sheets up to date, ensure a satisfactory Business Control status. Understand process changes and perform tasks accordingly. Support satisfactory Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for the IMT and achieve SAT ratings for all internal audits, Continuous Self-Assessments and Business Control reviews.
  • Secure effective back-up for your tasks within the team in the event of absences.
       Develop and maintain a positive and supportive relationship with the teams on other functions. Actively communicate with team members, local office, customers and other colleagues. Ensure a positive atmosphere, be available and responsive for requests to contribute to high customer satisfaction and business growth.

  • Financial background is preferable
