Your Role and Responsibilities
Tienen asignadas responsabilidades en el mbito de las cuentas para proporcionar a stas soporte completo para los sistemas de contabilidad. Actan como punto de intercambio principal de informacin tcnica con los clientes para posibilitar el soporte tcnico y operativo de hardware y de software y la entrega de los servicios tal como demanda el cliente y, como tal, podra ser el lder de un equipo de Representantes de disponibilidad tcnica. Proporcionan asistencia tcnica y asesoramiento de gestin de cuentas al personal menos experto. Cuentan con exhaustivos conocimientos de la estrategia del soporte tcnico de IBM, que son capaces de articular, en especial por lo que respecta al soporte bsico y al soporte ampliado. Son responsables de las relaciones de valor tcnico y aportan conocimientos tcnicos para proteger la base de los ingresos e identificar nuevas oportunidades de servicios.
