Introduction


Your Role and Responsibilities
The HR Service Administrator has the responsibility for a process administration within a country or across several countries for one or more assigned HR processes. The employee prioritizes tasks and chooses the best method.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Ensure accuracy of employee and employer contributions for statutory requirements. This requires knowledge of tax and labor laws of the country managed.
  • Ensure accuracy of other payments & deductions calculated by the system. This requires in-depth knowledge of legal and company requirement.
  • Generation of statutory reports. This requires knowledge/understanding of the country forms and government guidelines to complete these. The process owner should also have the capacity to verify that all information reported is accurate and legally- compliant.



Required Professional and Technical Expertise

The HR Service Administrator has the responsibility for a process administration within a country or across several countries for one or more assigned HR processes. The employee uses judgment in choosing the task/routine

  • Compilation and processing of transaction Payroll and /or Time Data.

  • Process payroll requirements in payroll system - monthly, quarterly or year-end.

  • Ensure accuracy of Employee or Employer Contributions for statutory requirements .

  • Ensure accuracy of other payroll-related payments.

  • Generation of pay statements.

  • Timely remittance of payments or reports.

  • Excellent communication skills for both French and English (oral and written)

  • With Payroll background

  • Strong communication skills (oral & written) confident and able in communicating with key managers and other external contacts. Consistently communicate ideas and information in a clear and logical way using the appropriate level of detail.

  • Priority setting able to identify critical requirements and prioritize tasks particularly during peak seasons

  • Be a self-starter and can move forward to overcome issues and problems with minimum supervision
